Oppo R833T: Affordable quad-core smartphone

Posted: 05 Jan 2014 10:01 PM PST

Oppo is famous Chinese smartphone manufacturer, and it has delivered some decent smartphones in the past, and it seems that this manufacturer is working on a new and affordable quad-core smartphone.

Oppo R833T comes with 4.3-inch IPS display and it uses WVGA (480 x 800) resolution. As for other specs, there is quad-core 1.3GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage space. Just like most smartphones on the market, this one will feature one front camera and one back camera but their resolutions remain unknown for now, but we don’t expect them to be high-resolution cameras. Regarding the software, Oppo R833T will run on Color OS 1.0, an Android-based OS that comes with number of gesture controls and pre-loaded apps.

Oppo R833T sounds like a decent smartphone especially if you're on tight budget. Regarding the price, starting price of this smartphone is $160, but so far we don’t have any information regarding worldwide availability.

Entertainment Flask is designed to look like NES game cartridge

We don't cover flasks that often, but if you like having a drink once in a while, you might want to check out this geeky flask.

Entertainment Flask comes from Ink Whiskey and unlike other flasks, this one is designed to look like video game cartridge for the NES. We have to admit that these flasks look like real cartridges, and there are several models available: Drunk Hunt, Castle Vodka, Bar-Hop Bros., Metal Beer and Legend of Drink. As you probably noticed, all these names are inspired by real NES titles, and each of these flasks comes with its own unique cover. As for Legend of Drink, it comes with golden cartridge.

Entertainment Flask started out as a Kickstarter project, but it has reached its funding goal, so we should see these flasks available soon. If you're a fan of NES games, or just a gamer that grew up with NES, you might be interested in one of these geeky flasks.
