Posted: 30 Jan 2014 10:01 PM PST

We all love tablets, but let's face it, tablets are often expensive, but if you're on a tight budget there's no need to worry since today we have an affordable tablet that might interest you.

Medion Lifetab comes from UK budget supermarket chain Aldi, and this device comes with 7-inch 1024×600 display and 8GB of storage, but if 8GB isn't enough for your files there's also a microSD card slot for expansion. Regarding the CPU, there's a 1.6GHz quad-core processor available, but its brand remains unknown. Additional specs include 1GB of RAM, 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 2-megapixel back camera and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Also there is Kaspersky's Tablet Security app included as well.

Medion Lifetab might be a humble device, especially when you look at its resolution, but it will be enough for basic or first-time tablet users. Regarding the price, this tablet is priced about $131 after conversion.

LG is working on LG G Pro 2, launch date is scheduled for February

Posted: 30 Jan 2014 10:00 PM PST

LG's devices are quite famous, and LG is planning to release its new smartphone in February so let's see what does this device have to offer.

LG has announced that it is working on LG G Pro 2 smartphone, and according to the rumors this should be a 6-inch device with Full HD resolution. It's bit odd to see that LG is going to use Full HD resolution on this device since most high-end smartphones are switching to 2K display resolutions, so we have to wait and see how will this decision affect its sales. As for other hardware specs, rumor has it that LG G Pro 2 will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 3GB of RAM. Other specs, such as camera, software and additional features remain a mystery for now.

LG didn't confirm any of these hardware specs, and much remains to be revealed, so we're waiting for the official announcement that should take place someday in February.

We have to agree that our smartphones are great, but they have one big drawback, and it's their battery life, but if you're a proud owner of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 today we have a special case for your smartphone that will extend the battery life of your device.

This case is made by ZeroLemon and it comes with 10,000mAh battery and NFC support. We have to warn you that such large battery life comes with a price, so this case will add some bulk to your device. This case is compatible with all versions of Note 3 with standard or extended batteries, but due to its thickness this case will block the NFC from working. Fortunately for you, this case has its own NFC chip. In addition, there's also a kickstand attachment that will allow you to prop up your phone while using this case. Case comes with its own fitted screen protector, but you can use any other screen protector or none at all.

ZeroLemon's case is amazing, if you don't mind some extra bulk, and as for the price, you can get this case for $59.99 from Amazon.
