Both these tablets look interesting, and although information about them is scarce at the moment, we know that there will be WiFi only and LTE models available. As for the availability, Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 should be available sometime between February 10th and February 16th. YotaPhone is an interesting smartphone, and as for availability, this smartphone is available in Austria, France, Spain, Germany, and Russia, but it should be available in 20 different markets in total by the end of first quarter for 2014.
