Samsung Galaxy S4 Active announced

Samsung's smartphones are well-known, and if you're fan of Samsung's devices, you might be interested in the latest model that comes from Samsung.



Samsung has recently announced Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, and this device comes with 1.9 GHz quad-core processor, 5-inch Full HD TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 443 PPI. In addition, this device comes with 8 megapixel rear facing camera.

This smartphone is designed for active and outdoor users, therefore Samsung Galaxy S4 Active comes with Aqua Mode camera feature that allows you to take better quality and enhanced images and videos underwater. We have to mention that this device comes with IP67 rating, so it is resistant to both water and dust.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active sounds great, but so far, we have no information regarding the price, and as for the availability, we should see it available this summer in markets such as US and Sweden. Regarding the color, this phone will be available in several colors such as Urban Grey, Dive Blue, and Orange Flare.

Moto X announcement scheduled for August 1st

Motorola is famous for its devices, and speaking of which, it seems that Motorola is working on a new device called Moto X, so let's have a closer look at it.



Since Moto X hasn't been announced yet, there are a lot of speculations regarding its hardware specs, and according to these speculations, Moto X should use 4.5-inch display, and the rear shell should be made from kevlar. Regarding the hardware, this device is powered by 1.7GHz Snapdragon MSM8960T dual core processor and 2GB of RAM. As for the battery, Moto X comes with 2,200 mAh battery. According to the reports, this smartphone should use Android 4.2.2, but we also might see Android 4.3 on it. As for the unique features, Moto X will support always-on voice commands, but before you can use them, you'll have to manually enable them.

Moto X sounds great, but as we said, it hasn't been announced yet, and the official announcement is scheduled for August 1st at the event in New York.

Leaked: New Nexus 7 coming on July 31st?

Leaked news often turn out to be true, and speaking of which, today we have some leaked information regarding the new Nexus 7.



According to the leaked document, it seems that new Nexus 7 will use 7-inch full HD display, 5 megapixel back camera, and 1.2 megapixel front camera for video calls. Additional hardware includes quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor, and wireless charging capabilities. Regarding the storage space, new Nexus 7 should come with 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, and it should run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean mobile operating system. Keep in mind that these are just leaked information, but we're expecting to see official announcement by Google this week.

New Nexus 7 sounds interesting, and as for the price, 16GB and 32GB models should be priced at $229 and $269, respectively. We should see this tablet available for at Best Buy on July 31st, but first, let's wait for the official announcement that will take place this week.

Asus VivoMouse wireless mouse and touchpad hybrid

Folks from Asus have been working hard, and they have announced a new PC peripheral that combines computer mouse and touchpad into a single device.



Asus VivoMouse combines wireless mouse and desktop touchpad, therefore, it fully supports multi-touch. As for the design, this peripheral seems to be made from metallic material, and it comes with curved design, so it's quite ergonomic. As for Asus VivoMouse, you can use it as a regular computer mouse, or if you want to perform gestures, you can simply use the touchpad instead. Regarding the gestures, this device supports swiping, scrolling with two fingers and pinch-to-zoom.

Asus VivoMouse sounds interesting, especially if you're looking for a hybrid device, and according to Asus, this device is the "world's first" peripheral that combines wireless mouse and touchpad. Regarding the compatibility, this device works with Windows 7 and Windows 8. We should see Asus VivoMouse in the third quarter of 2013, however, the price remains undisclosed.

If you're a photographer, and you want to transfer your photos from your camera to your mobile device, you need to take several steps, but luckily for you, today we have a little device that might make sharing your photos from your camera to your mobile device faster and simpler.



In order to transfer photos from your camera, you need to remove your SD card, connect it to your computer, transfer the files to it, then send them to your mobile device, but Mobi Wi-Fi enabled SD card should make this process a lot faster. Mobi Wi-Fi enabled SD card comes from Eye-Fi, and it's a special type of SD card that can send photos directly to a smartphone or tablet using Wi-Fi. In order to transfer photos, you don't have to use same wireless network, since the Mobi Wi-Fi enabled SD card works as wireless hotspot, and it can continue sending photos to a designated device. In order to use this device, you just need to enter 10 digit activation code, and you're good to go. In addition, Eye-Fi has released a special app for both iOS and Android that works as an image viewer.

Eye-Fi Mobi SD Wi-Fi SD card is available at 8GB and 16GB capacity, and they are priced at $50 and $80 respectively.
