Posted: 06 Mar 2014 11:36 PM PST

Few months ago we covered Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, and if you liked this affordable tablet, you’ll be pleased to hear that Huawei has announced its successor.

MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a metallic frame just as its predecessor, and comes with 7-inch display that uses 600 x 1024 pixels resolution. Regarding the hardware power, there's 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM, which should be enough for basic users. In terms of storage, there's 4GB of internal storage space, but since that won't be enough for your needs you can expand it via microSD card slot. This device comes with HSPA data connectivity, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Huawei’s own Emotion UI, 3-megapixel camera at the back and 0.3-megapixel camera at the front.

Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 is decent yet affordable tablet, although it could have a better resolution and more internal storage space. Regarding the availability and price, no information is currently available.

King Jim Mouse comes with built-in camera

Posted: 06 Mar 2014 12:09 PM PST

Most of our devices come equipped with cameras, we have phones with cameras, even our tablets have cameras, and today we have computer mouse that comes with its own camera.

Japanese company King Jim has developed a special computer mouse, and unlike other peripherals on the market, this one comes with a built-in camera. You can use this mouse to take pictures, and when you're done with taking pictures you can put it down and use it as a regular mouse. This camera can be useful if you want to take a quick picture, but with 2-megapixel camera you won't achieve any impressive results. This mouse is so small so you can easily carry it in your pocket or in your laptop bag at all times.

King Jim Mouse sounds like an interesting idea, but if you already have a smartphone with camera, you probably won't need mouse with a camera as well. This device comes with software compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8, and as for the price, this mouse is priced at $40 after conversion.
