Tinke lets you keep track on your health with your Android smartphone

Keeping track on your health is rather important, and if you want to use your smartphone to keep an eye on your health, you should check out this device.



Tinke is a health device that comes with optical sensors that are used to gather fitness and relaxation information, and in order to gather this information you just need to press the sensor with your finger. The sensor will gather information such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen levels, and heart rate variability. The first three details are used to calculate your cardiorespiratory fitness while the heart rate variability is used to determine the autonomic nervous system function and to measure relaxation. Regarding the data transfer, all collected information will be transferred to your smartphone via Bluetooth connection. Tinke is powered by Li-Ion battery that can last up to a month on a single charge.

Tinke sounds great, especially if you are an Android user who wants to keep an eye on his health. As for the price, this device is available for $129.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim gets revealed

Devices from Samsung keep popping up, and if you are a fan of Samsung, you'll be pleased to hear that Samsung's Brazilian website has revealed a new smartphone.



Galaxy S3 Slim is a variation of Samsung Galaxy S3, but unlike Galaxy S3, this model comes with with less hardware power. Regarding the specs, this device comes with 4.5-inch 960×540 display, quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and 1GB RAM. Additional specs include 5-megapixel rear-camera, VGA front-camera for video calls, 2,100mAh battery and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. As you can see, Galaxy S3 Slim comes with humble specs, so we expect it to be affordable.

Although Galaxy S3 Slim seems interesting, it's a bit disappointing to see that Galaxy S3 Slim comes with downgraded specs, but we expect it to be affordable and available in emerging markets. Sadly, we have no information regarding the the availability or pricing at current time.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 smartphone gets announced

New smartphones are revealed on daily basis, and if you're looking for new smartphone, you might be interested in this device that comes from famous Chinese company Xiaomi.



According to the recent tweet by Xiaomi, it seems that this company has announced a new device called Redmi Note or Redmi 2. According to the Xiaomi, this device will have 5.5-inch display, and it should be "true" octa-core smartphone. Speaking of cores, this device should use MediaTek octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz or 1.7GHz. As for other hardware specs, we expect to see 1GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera and microSD card slot for expansion.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 sounds like a decent device, and as for the price, we expect this smartphone to cost about $130. Although not all hardware specs are currently available to public, we expect to find out more about this device around March 19th when the pre-orders start.
