Talk to the Hand project lets you take phone calls using gloves

Posted: 18 Aug 2013 10:05 PM PDT

We saw all sorts of unusual creations, and today we have a special glove that allows you to take phone calls.

O2 and artist Sean Miles have teamed up, and they have managed to create a special pair of gloves that allow you to answer phone calls simply by making the phone call gesture with your hand. These gloves might seem complex, but the technology behind them is quite simple since the microphone is placed in the pinky, and the speaker is located in the thumb part of the glove. According to the Sean Miles, this project is created to raise awareness about recycling our gadgets. As for this pair of gloves, they are made from regular gloves and recycled mobile phones.

Talk to the Hand project seems innovative and interesting, but there are certain limitations. For example, we don't whether you can dial numbers and make calls or just receive them. Also, creating and reading text messages seems impossible. As for the availability, no information is available at the moment.
