Officially announced: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1

Not a long ago, we covered leaked Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 hardware specs, and after the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 announcement, we're happy to inform you that Samsung has announced Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 on Computex 2013.



There was a rumor that Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 could use Intel processor, however, it seems that rumor turned out to be false, and as for the processor, this tablet comes with 1.6GHz dual-core chipset, so it's a bit more powerful than Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. As for the screen, this tablet comes with 10-inch display, and it uses 6,800mAh battery. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 uses 1280×800 resolution, 1.5GB of RAM, 5MP rear-facing camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calls. Regarding the software, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. We have to point out that this tablet is almost identical to Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, but it comes with larger display and more powerful processor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 offers great hardware specs, but sadly, we have no information regarding the release date or pricing.

Samsung announces Galaxy Tab 3 8.0

Computex 2013 has started, and Samsung has been busy, and it has announced some new devices, so let's have a closer look.



Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is great tablet, but if you need a larger screen, you'll be pleased to hear that Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 has been announced. As for the hardware specs, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 comes with 8-inch display that uses 1280×800 WXGA resolution. Regarding the hardware, this tablet is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM. As for the storage, this tablet comes with 16GB or 32GB built-in storage space, and there's also microSD card slot for expansion. In addition, there's 5MP rear-facing camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera as well as 4,450mAh battery. As for the operating system, Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 comes with Android 4.2. Also, we have to mention that this tablet comes with S Translator, Group Play, Story Album, and Reading Mode features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 sounds great, but sadly, we have no information regarding the availability or pricing.

Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 officially announced

Few days ago we wrote that Asus might announce MeMo Pad HD 7 on Computex 2013, and luckily, these rumors turned out to be true, so let's see what does this new tablet from Asus have to offer.



MeMo Pad HD 7 comes with 7-inch HD IPS display and it uses 1280×800 pixel resolution. As for the hardware, this tablet comes with quad-core ARM Cortex 7 processor, 5 megapixel back camera and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera for video calls. Additional features include Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Asus' SonicMaster stereo speaker system. As for the storage space, Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 comes with 8GB or 16GB of internal storage space, but there's no information about memory card slots or available RAM. We also have to point out that this tablet weighs 302 grams, and it's 10.8mm thick, so you can easily carry it with you.

Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 sounds great, and it will be available in black, white, green or a shocking pink. Regarding the price, 8GB model will cost $130, while the 16GB is priced at $150. Sadly, there's no information regarding availability.

Acer Aspire Z3 All-In-One PC announced

We saw some interesting devices from Acer in the past, and it seems that Acer has announced its latest device, so let's have a closer look at it.



Acer Aspire Z3 Series is the latest All-In-One PC from Acer, and this all-in-one PC comes with stylish 23-inch 10-point touch display. Speaking of display, Acer Aspire Z3 comes with 1080p Full HD LED-backlit LCD display that has 178 degrees wide-viewing angle. Additional specs include Harman Kardon speakers that use Dolby Home Theater v4 technology, and Intel HD graphics. There's also an SD memory card reader, USB 3.0 ports, 2-in-1 combo audio jack and HDMI input. In addition, Acer Aspire Z3 comes with adjustable HD webcam and optimized audio.

Acer Aspire Z3 sounds like an interesting all-in-one PC, although there's not much information regarding its hardware, and sadly, we have no information related to pricing. Regarding the release date, we should see this device available later this month.
