In addition, iOS push notification alerts from apps will be displayed on your Mac, as well on the lockscreen. There's also a feature that will automatically update apps in the background. In addition, new calendar and Maps for OS X have been introduced, and users can now push directions from OS X Maps to their iPhones. iBooks for Mac has been introduced as well, and now the full iBook library from your iOS will be available on your Mac as well. OS X Mavericks looks great, and it will be available to public this fall. [via Ubergizmo] |
