Gigabyte Aivia Xenon: Combines mouse and touchpad into single device

We already saw all sorts of hybrid devices in the past, and if you're fan of those, today we have a special computer mouse that you might like.



Although it doesn't look like a computer mouse, Gigabyte Aivia Xenon is the first dual mode touchpad mouse from Gigabyte. This mouse uses multi-touch gestures along with Gigabyte Free Scrolling technology and it can work from up to 10 meters of distance. Unlike other peripherals, Gigabyte Aivia Xenon comes with a special mode button so you can toggle between mouse mode and touchpad mode easily. There's a light indicator as well that will turn blue if you're using Gigabyte Aivia Xenon in a mouse mode, or turn purple if you're using it in a touchpad mode.

Gigabyte Aivia Xenon is a unique computer mouse, and although it might not be the most comfortable mouse on the market it comes with 1000 DPI resolution and it is powered by couple of AAA batteries. As for the price and release date, no information is available at the moment.

Geeky: 16-inch Portal 2 Turret replica comes with motion sensor and sound module

If you're a gamer, then you've probably played at least one of the Portal games, and speaking of which, today we have something special for all Portal 2 geeks.



Gaming Heads has recently unveiled a 16" turret replica from Valve's Portal 2 game; however, we have to notice that only 750 of these turrets are available for sale. All these turrets are activated by motion sensors, so they'll do bit more than stand around in your room like a statue. We have to mention that there will be turrets with sound modules that will play all sorts of sounds from the game, and only 350 turrets with sound modules will be released.

All these turrets look amazing, and if you're a gamer, they will be perfect for your room. As for the price, regular turrets will cost $300 while the turrets with sound modules will cost you $325. Regarding the release date, we should see these turrets available in Q4 2012 along with a certificate to ensure their authenticity.

Luckily for you, today we have JuiceBuddy from Pacific Productions, and according to its creators, JuiceBuddy is the world's most portable iPhone charger. As for this charger, it's so small that you can put in in your pocket, or you can even attach it to your keys via its keyring and carry it with you at all times. By pulling the keyring portion of the JuiceBuddy, you'll reveal a USB port that allow you to recharge your iPod or iPhone.

Currently, JuiceBuddy is available on US market, but we expect to see EU model soon enough. As for the price, this compact charger is priced at $25.
