Creative BlasterAxx speaker: Plays streamed audio from your mobile devices Posted: 02 Jul 2012 12:24 AM PDT We have covered all sorts of speakers in the past, and if you're looking for a speaker that can be controlled via your iOS or Android device, today we have the perfect speaker for you. Today's speaker comes from Creative, and according to the reports, it is powered by USB 2.0 and it can be controlled from your computer or by using Creative Central app for iOS and Android devices. BlasterAxx speakers are using patent pending technology and each BlasterAxx speaker comes with touch sensitive control panel on the top that allows you to access five SBX modes: Surround mode, Bass mode, and others. This speaker uses CrystalVoice technology that reduces microphone noise using a dual-microphone setup. In addition, BlasterAxx comes with Bluetooth, so you can easily stream your music from your tablet or smartphone. There are several models of this speaker available: SBX 20, SBX 10 and SBX 8, and the difference between them is height, and speaking of which, SBX 20 is tallest of them being 41 cm tall. As for availability, we should see BlasterAxx at the end of July, and as for pricing, SBX 20, SBX 10, and SBX 8 are priced at $199, $149, and $99 respectively.
